Today we got up for our last beach sunrise of the season... 

                                       

   

   

I chased some seagulls....

                                     

                                     

And then we calmly and quietly watched as the sun slowly crept up behind the clouds.

                                      

It wasn't the brightest or the most vibrant sunsets like we've seen in the past but it was still beautiful.

   

   

And it made us wonder if the beach was kind of sad that Summer is coming to a close too.

                              

                                    

                                      

                                      

                                      

                                       

There is just something so peaceful about the beach early in the morning when the crowds haven't come out yet...

                                     

                                     

                                      

                                      

   

                                     

We sure are gonna miss this view and being able to come out here every day to enjoy it just steps away from our front door. We can't wait to do it all again soon!

                               

We spent the rest of the day cleaning and packing up and when we got to Kent Island the traffic was getting pretty bad so we decided to take a pit stop at the Fisherman's Crab Deck and wait out some of the traffic with crabs and other goodies!

   

                                       

Daddy had the perfect set up with the O's game playing right next to him!

   

   

We had clams and fries and even a ridiculously good Reece's Peanut butter pie for dessert!

   

It was the perfect ending to a perfect summer! Until next time...
