Today was a beautiful day and we had an outdoor science project with Mrs. Cooper! 

 

   

Mama came to help out and take pictures. We got to make lemon volcanoes!

                                    

We sliced lemons in half, we poked them with forks to get the juices flowing, then we added a drop of dish soap to them. Then we added food coloring and baking soda and watched the reaction!  

                                   

The combination of the acid in the lemon, the soap and the baking soda made a cool, foamy volcanic reaction!

                                   

It was messy and fun and we loved it!

                                   

   

   

   

   

 

It was also pizza Friday and we were so happy to have Daddy and Mama here to help out with that again. It always makes Friday's much more fun. And getting to eat outside on a beautiful day is also always a bonus!

 

   

Then Daddy and Mama treated themselves to a MUCH better lunch than pizza lunch at school at their favorite place, Fish Taco! 

                                   

                                    

After another amazing Friday night on the field, running around with all of our friends, we got to come home and hang out with our buddy Conall! We love the weekend!
