Today was a special day! We woke up early and hit the road to Lego Land New York! 

 

It was a foggy morning but the sun was working hard to burn off all the clouds!

                                     

                                  

It was fun to see the New York City skyline on our way to Goshen, NY where Lego Land is located!

   

   

We were so happy to get there! And because Daddy and Mama checked in from home, our room was ready right when we got there! We got to our room and got to work on our treasure chest clues!

                                    

                                   

We were having lots of fun exploring the room and looking for the answers to our clues. Mama loved the mini lego toiletries!

   

                                    

   

                                  

Even Pooky got in on the action hanging out with the lego frog prince in our room!

                                    

                                   

Then it was time to go explore the hotel and make our way to the park!

                                   

                                    

                                    

                                   

It was a beautiful, warm Fall day and we were ready to get started exploring Lego Land!

                                   

                                    

   

They had some truly beautiful Lego sculptures in the park!

   

                                    

Along with the always impressive Mini Land!

                                   

                                   

New York City, Coney Island, Washington, DC and New Orleans among a few...

   

   

                                    

                                   

   

It was nice to see soldiers in front of the Capitol and not insurrectionists...

   

   

   

We hit the hay maze on our way to the rides!

                                   

And we got to ride our favorite water ride multiple times! It was so fun and soggy!

   

   

 

                                     

                                   

                                     

Then it was off to the pirate ship! It was so fun and we rode that a few times too!

   

                                    

   

   

                                   

Snack Time!

                                    

Of course I won the biggest prize I could find at the circus games! YAY more big stuffies! Daddy is thrilled!

                                   

                                   

No matter where we go, we can't escape the Snack Shack!

                                   

We loved all the cars that we could fit into walking around Lego Land!

   

   

   

Then we visited with some of the Lego animals on our way up to the Medieval Land!

   

   

And off we went to the rollercoaster. Mama failed to tell us just how big it was. Daddy had to ride with Jax because he wasn't tall enough and that ride was much more of a rollercoaster than we thought!

                                   

                                   

                                   

                                    

Then we hit some more rides. It was so much fun!

                                    

   

                                  

Once we got back from the park when it closed we chilled in the room for a bit and worked on our lego sets that Daddy and Mama let us get at the giant Lego store. I got a double decker bus from London! It was so cool!

                                    

Then we all went into the little upstate NY town of Goshen to have dinner. We had such a great meal at a little restaurant in town and we were glad we didn't waste our time at the hotel restaurant. It was a great day and a super fun night!
