Tonight is the Mother Son Dance at St. B's and my last one since this is my last year at the school! Mama can't believe I'll be going off to high school next year!
We got really lucky because it's been raining for days and today the sky's cleared up and it became a beautiful evening for hanging outside and for the dance! We all went to the Smith-Ramani's house for the pre party and proceeded to get sweaty and gross playing basketball outside...boys will be boys!
And then we hung out back and ran around and played kick ball. Hey, it was a blast!
Look at all of us handsome boys! All of the graduating 8th graders, some of the younger sibling 6th graders and 4th graders!
And just the 8th graders - well, most of us. We were missing a couple of friends.
And all of our lovely, amazing mamas!
And the whole crew! That's a good looking group right there!
Then I got to head to the Dewey's house for the 6th grade pre party for a little while. It was fun to hang with my friends!
Then it was off to the dance and lots of fun fun fun!
All the 8th grade moms were having a little pow wow over in the corner...
Then it was time to dance and party!
We were all having so much fun!
Then the DJ announced all of the 8th grade boys. It was very special!
Mama loves hanging with her boys!
That's a good crew right there. Mama's gonna miss me next year for the mother son dance. Thankfully she'll have Finn and Jax to take care of her!
After we got home Mama and Daddy ran out to join Nana and Papi and other family and friends at the Wheaton Moose Lodge to celebrate the Takoma Park reunion.
There was lots of karaoke and dancing and fun but Daddy and Mama were exhausted so they didn't stay very long. It was a busy night!
