Today was our very last mass at St. B's as students! We walked in with our little mass buddies for the last time and our parents stayed for the mass too.

                                     

                                     

                                      

                                      

Mama sat behind me and I got to say hi during my big brother's last mass. Its going to be weird here without Kai next year!

                                      

And when mass was over we all clapped our graduating 8th graders out of the church.

Then we stood outside in the blazing 90 degree heat in our gowns waiting on Monsignor to saunter over so we could finally take our class picture!

                                       

Then we took some photos with our buddies. It's weird to think that some of these friends I've known my whole elementary and middle school career will all be at different schools next year!

                                    

                                       

But I'm glad that all of my best buds and I will start our High School adventures together at Dematha in the fall!

                                       

                                      

And then, it was home to change and then off to Robin Hood Swim Club for our 8th grade pool party. It was a good thing it was a 90 degree day!!

And we all hopped right in the pool when we got there!

Then it was time for some Ledo's pizza, cupcakes, chips, drinks, fruit...

                                      

                                      

More swimming and frolicking! It was a great day!

                                      

                                      

The whole gang! That came to the pool party anyway...

And then, in case we didn't do enough today...it was time for Mama and some of the other moms to go set up the school hall for the 8th grade dance!

                                      

                                       

                                       

McDonald's burgers and chick fil a nuggets and chips and cookies and drinks...

                                    

                                     

And the dance was off to a great start. We watched our slide show, we signed yearbooks and we all got out on the dance floor and danced thanks for our awesome dj and hype man!

                                      

                                      

We had so much fun! And while we were at the dance, the parents were at the 8th grade parent party at the Stone's house, right behind the school.

And when the dance was over, we all walked over to the Stone's house to continue the party with our families. It was a lot of fun and our parents had a great time too!
