This morning we did some things around the house and then we headed for the pool for some fun in the sun! We did some swimming and then we had some yummy lunch that Daddy put together for us!

When we got home Jax fell asleep and then we got to help Mama make some chocolate zucchini bread. I got to crack the eggs and Finn and I helped put the other ingredients together.



                                  

                                   

                                   

                                   

Then Mama put the pork carnitas in the instant pot. She wasn't really pleased with the results. This item may be going back to the store...

                                  

Then Mama made bacon wrapped asparagus and we cooked that in the air fryer. Now that turned out great! Somehow we all ate up all our asparagus tonight!

                                  

                                  

Then we got our chocolate zucchini bread out of the oven. It looked good. It smelled good...it didn't taste too good! Mama said it must have needed more maple syrup. It just wasn't very sweet. Oh well, we tried to make a healthy dessert. Maybe we'll try to tweak it for next time...

                                   

Then we snuggled up in Mama and Daddy's bed to watch a Scooby Doo movie. It was a good night!
