This morning we had my friend Eli's birthday party! It was a painting party at Barn Again Home. Miss Angie instructed us in her barn studio behind her house in Kensington. Mama really loved the studio. Now she wants one behind our house. Or maybe in our basement!! We want her to have one too!!





While the big boys painted, Mama and I went to Pier 1 to pick up our replacement plates. It was really fun in that store. But Mama didn't want me to touch anything...I wonder why!

                                   

                                  

We had so much fun painting. And I'm really glad that they included me. We got to paint Minecraft characters. And I, of course, was totally into it! When everyone went to have cupcakes I just wanted to finish my painting. I had to get it just right! I really hope Mama makes a studio one day. I'd love to go there and paint all the time too!

                                  

                                  

                                   





After the party we came home and had lunch and then our friend Joseph came over!



Daddy sent us these pictures of him and his friends on the beach. It looked really nice and like they're having a fun time. 



We were about to head to Michael J's house to go slip and sliding when out of nowhere a big storm blew in! We were in the car and Mama made us run back into the house just in time. Then the rain stopped and the sun even came back out for a little bit believe it or not, SO, slip n slide was back on!



                                   

                                  

                                   

                                  

We had so much fun getting wet and slipping around. Then we did some water balloons...until the mosquitos wouldn't leave us alone so we headed inside to play for a little while!

                                  

And it's a good thing we did! Miss Alyssa made cake! YUM!

                                   

Then we played with toys and legos and dressed up. It was so much fun. When we came upstairs it was pouring and thundering again!! We had no idea this rain was going to last all night!

                                  

                                  

                                  

Then we decided to make a rainy, wet outing to Mod Pizza for dinner! Mama got a nice big salad that she shared with us (I think I ate all her olives!!) and then we got to choose two pizzas. We must have been hungry because we only left a piece and a half for left overs. It was so tasty!! And we had fun. The only thing missing was Daddy! But we did FaceTime him to say hi!







                                  

Then Mama let us have a family room sleep over tonight! We rented a Tom and Jerry movie and had some popcorn and snuggled up on our air mattresses. We were really excited about it!







Daddy looked like he was having fun too! We sure do miss him but we're glad he's having fun!
