Today was all about the beach. And let me tell you, it was a scorcher out! It was so hot that Mama and Aunt Jen literally sat in the water to keep cool. We spent almost the whole day in the water. It was so clear and pretty calm. Only some major waves. We like it (mama)  that way!



                                    

Then we got to check out this super cool race that was happening on the beach. Swimmers were swimming from 1st street and 92nd street all the way to 140th street to raise money for brain cancer awareness or something similar. We stayed on the beach until early evening! We got every last drop of the beach out of today! We even made some really cool things for our Monster Trucks and Army Men!

                                    



                                     

                                    

Then we went to Ropewalk with Aunt Jen and Uncle Jon. And Mama thought this drink looked ridiculous that Aunt Jen got. But it ended up being delicious! AND she gave us her popsicle. Win/Win!

                                     





We had a nice dinner inside then we headed outside. You'd never know it from this picture but it was so hot out it felt like we were standing in an oven. So, we decided to head home. No sense in standing outside sweating! But at least it looked nice out!
