Today was a really hot day so we decided to have some indoor fun! My buddy Michael came over and we went to meet our buddy Jacob at the Meadowside Nature Center!

                                    



We ran around the caves and played with the old log cabin furniture. We spoke to the guide and checked out all the cool displays!

                                    

                                    

Then we went to see the live animals! They had a rat snack and a corn snake and turtles and stick insects. So cool!!

                                    

                                    

                                    

                                    

Then we all went outside to see the Raptor and the Eagle and the owl. They are really amazing birds!

                                    

                                    

Then we came back inside to do some playing. We built a really cool fort out of wood pieces!



                                     

Then we played in the outdoor space for a while before we decided that we were hungry for lunch!

                                    



Then we hit the Chick Fil A! Yum Nuggets!! 





Then Jacob's sister and some other friends came to meet us from camp. It was like a Chick Fil A party! And we even got to have milkshakes! It was a super fun day!
