Today was a true snow day! Kai was already off school but I got to be off for snow. Daddy took Lucy to her vet's appointment and when he got home it was time for all of us to head outside to play in the snow! Jax is not a big fan of getting into all his gear...

                 

                

But once we got outside he was a real trooper! We made snow angels, we went sledding down our back hill - and boy did that hill get slick! It's a good thing that gate is back there or we'd be sledding onto Colesville Road! Daddy taught Kai and I to bail out before we hit the gate. We had so much fun playing outside but boy was it cold out! Mama and I even took a couple of runs on the sled. We loved it. But poor Jax had to head inside before we did because his little face was bright red and he was cold. Later we got to go play with our friends Aidan, Rowan and Van. We played with their Legos and toys. It was fun to get out of the house but not go too far in the cold. It was an awesome day!
