Today was the official, official first day of Summer break! Monday and no school for anyone! It started off great. We got to sleep in...kind of. We all somehow, miraculously woke up early. Wonder why we can't do that on school days?! Jax is the only one that really slept late this morning. We got to play some electronics and then Mama made us all a nice breakfast. She also let us relax and take our time getting out of the house. No rushing on the first day of vacation.

                                  

Our first stop was the library! It was fun to have Kai and Finn with us at the library again! For the longest time it was just me and Mama picking out books. We had lots of books to return but we brought home even more this time! Then we headed to Grandma and Granddaddy's house! We ate our lunch there and ran around and played. Then we went downstairs to watch our Dr. Seuss movie that miss Alyssa and Michael gave us. Mama even made us a big old bowl of popcorn to eat while we watched the show.






                                   

Me and my brothers all fell asleep on the way home this afternoon...and I never fall asleep in the car! Being on vacation is exhausting! Then I got to go to my friend Liam's house to play with him and my friend Peter while the other two slept and slept. After Mama made dinner she met me and the Coll's half way to walking home. It was a great first day of vacation. It's going to be a great Summer!
