Then it was time to head to City Place mall to go to Kai's birthday party at Dave and Busters! We were all so excited...
The set up was really cool! We had a room (that was nice and quiet, a big departure from the craziness outside the room). I had a whole table set up for me and my friends. We had tons of drinks and they brought us all an amazing lunch of burgers, mini pizza's, chicken tenders and fries. It was a kids dream come true!
We got to playing games right away! All of Kai's classmates eventually came and we all ran wild playing games and having tons of fun!
Mama thought the life sized Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots game was pretty amazing! We were all having such a blast. This was the best party ever!
Then it was time to sing Happy Birthday, blow out the candles and eat some yummy cake! And then Auntie Nay Nay surprised us and came by to wish me a happy birthday too!! It was truly the best day and the most fun party I've ever had. I thanked Mama and Daddy for making it such a special day!
When we got home Kai got to open his presents from his friends. Boy did he get some amazing gifts. He sure has some nice friends!
Then, after a little bit of a rest, we decided to end this amazing summer evening with dinner at the pool. It was so nice and warm out and that water was so nice and refreshing. I met a new friend named Michael and he lives in my neighborhood. We're going to try and have a play date soon!
We did some swimming and playing in the big pool and in the junior pool. It was a blast and felt so good to be in the water tonight!
We ate dinner and played, we saw some friends, old and new and got to hang out with them and we shut the pool down! It was a perfect evening and a great way to end the weekend. Boy what a weekend it was!
