This morning Mama and I were back at it. Getting our last bit of things we need for our camping trip and some milk for our cereal and morning coffee!
Then we stopped by to see MeMa and PopPop. Their basement just got all fixed so we hope there will be no more floods! They're waiting on the concrete to dry and I was having fun talking into the fan like a robot.
Then MeMa read me the new book she bought for when we all come over. It was called, "I Like Myself" And it was really good. I also had MeMa read me the other favorite books I like. It was fun!
Then it was off to our next stop...Costco! Mine and Mama's favorite!
Then Jax and Mama came to my school for my 1st grade picnic. It was a beautiful day outside! We had lots of snacks, fruit and berries and Pirates Booty and chips and drinks and cookies and brownies. It was awesome and a great way to end the day before the last day of school!! Only one half day left...
After school we all played on the playground. Conall and his brother Declan hung out with us. Then Conall was allowed to come home with us and go to the pool with us. I was really excited about that!
The pool water was perfect! Not too cold and the warm sunshine made it easy to get right in. We had so much fun splashing around and swimming like fish!
Then we made a little fort with chairs on the basketball court and ate snacks out there.
Then we had some dinner up at the snack shack. Then we did more playing on the playground and ran all around.
Then we did one more swim before the end of the night and the last rest period. We had so much fun but it was getting chilly so it was perfect to shut it down at 8 o'clock! It's going to be a great summer at Calverton Pool!
When we got home Mama finished up our teacher gifts. All of the families donated gifts cards and Mama went to get some with the class budget to make a gift card bouquet for the 1st and 3rd grade teachers. We think they're really gonna like their gifts!
Then I acted like a silly goose with my New Orleans mask and made Mama take pictures of me being silly. I'm too cute not to...
