This morning when Mama walked us in to school she checked out some of my work hanging in the hallway. I wrote about my favorite plant and Mama said I did a great job!

                                     

                                     

                                     

We were really excited because Daddy came to pick us up from school. We love it when he surprises us!



                                     

After school Mama let us kick the mushrooms that are growing all over the neighborhood because of all the rain. Daddy thought it was silly but we like being Mushroom Hunters!





Later while the big boys did their homework I got to help Mama make dinner. We made a pork roast in the Instant Pot. We made rice and carrots and black beans. It was so, so yummy and I'm glad I got to help cook!

                                      



And later Kai read to me from his school library book. It's a really good one. We both really like it.



Then before we knew it, it was time to shower and get hunkered down before bed. It was a good day!
