Today after school it was lovely outside so we got to stay and play for a little while. Then Conall got to come home with us to play for a bit!
When Conall went home we got started on our homework. All of us sat down and got to work!
Then it was time for me to make my America's Test Kitchen Kids recipe. I got to test a recipe for Buffalo Chicken Lavash Flat Bread. First step was to shred chicken breasts.
Then I had to brush the lavash bread with olive oil before baking it for a few minutes to get it nice and golden brown.
Then Mama held the dish while I put the shredded chicken into my buffalo mixture that I made.
Then I topped the bread with cheese, chicken and some spinach on some of them and put them in the oven for 6 minutes.
Then it was time to cool them off. They came out looking great. Crispy and cheesy and buffalo chickeny!
And we all agreed that it was DELICIOUS! the bread was crispy and tasted great. The cheese and chicken were so good! We even made mama promise to buy more lavash bread so we can create our own pizzas later this weekend. It was a successful recipe and Daddy and Mama were really proud of me for making it all myself!
