This morning we all got to help deliver the food that we bought to donate for the Thanksgiving food drive at our school. Kindergartners had to bring in 3 boxes of stuffing. 2nd graders had to bring in 3 cans of cranberry sauce and 4th graders had to bring in 3 cans of corn.

                                     

                                     

                                     

                                     

When Mama left us she headed straight to the polls to vote. We can't wait until we're old enough to vote! Neither can Mama!


                                     

Mama came to our school to sub for Mrs. Albert in 1st grade. She's right across from my classroom so she got to check out some of my good work that was out in the hall.

                                      

When we were home I did some trumpet practicing. Mama said I sounded great. Jax hates it because it's really loud!

                                     

Then we all got to help Mama make dinner. It was almost like Thanksgiving! Mama made a whole chicken in the Instant Pot. Jax helped with the corn. I made stove top stuffing and Kai helped with the mashed potatoes. Then Mama had to go to a CYO board meeting. She took all of our extra candy from Halloween with her...Looks like that was a good choice. Those board members ate it all up! We would never be allowed to eat that much candy in one sitting!

                                     

Later we showered and hunkered down in Daddy and Mama's room for a bit before it was time to go to bed. We love our family chill out time at night!
