Then Daddy and Mama treated themselves to a Valentine's Day pedicure! They said they had a really nice time!
For dinner Mama used the guanciale to make a pasta dish for everyone similar to spaghetti carbonara. It turned out really well and it was delicious! The guanciale was like a crispier, lighter bacon. My favorite!
And after dinner Mama let us all make chocolate covered strawberries!
Mama got special strawberries made just for dipping with nice, long stems!
Then we got to dip them in brown and white chocolate. They looked beautiful!
And the chocolate hardened very quickly!
The strawberries were so tasty! We loved them!
