This morning after dropping us off at school Mama headed to the beach for the day... 

                              

It was a rainy, warm, foggy day! While stopped on the bridge Mama took some photos of the foggy ride over and how disorienting it can be to not be able to see down to the water! It looked really freaky to us!

   

                              

                            

                             

                              

All the rain and the warm temperature made all the snowy field steam. Mama said it looked beautiful but also kind of freaky!

   

   

   

   

It stopped raining when Mama got to the beach so that was good. Mama got all the linens hidden under the couch storage area...

                             

Looks nice and tidy! We can't wait to snuggle with our starfish pillow!

   

   

And Mama's pink mermaid table looks great in the corner. Now we can put drinks or books or whatever we need on it while sitting on the blue couch!

                             

Mama got the chair for the guest room put together. It looks great in that room and the pillow look pretty good on it too!

   

And the bed is looking pretty comfy and beachy too! I can't wait to try it out!

  

                              

The chair/bed looks pretty good folded out too. It's going to be fun for sleep overs and just for chillin!

                           

                              

After Mama got some work done and the chair put together she decided to head out to the beach and document it for us so we could see what it looked like with all that snow around!

   

There was definitely a bit of a snow mountain in front of our beach access!

                               

Mama had to sneak through a little opening on the side and walk through the snow to get to the beach.

                              

                              

   

There was not another human in sight in either direction! Mama was surprised by this!

                             

                            

The beach still always looks beautiful. Rain or shine, clouds or sunshine. It was still peaceful and perfect!

                              

                             

                              

                             

Mama decided to grab lunch at the Uptown Eats shack. The proprietors were awesome and she's really glad she stopped there!

   

And she got to see the old Phillip's uptown building being demolished!!

   

   

And then she got to have her lunch. The soft shell crab sandwich did NOT disappoint. It was a thing of beauty!

                               

                            

Then Mama went to The Buzzed Word to pick up her book and wine club book and wine for this month! She was most excited about this! And can't wait to start reading her book when she gets home.
