It was a windy and chilly day after the massive storms yesterday so we, along with everyone else in Ocean City, headed down to the board walk for a day of fun. Someone forgot to pack our sweatshirts so we all go to pick out new ones. We were so exited about that!
Uncle Jason and Aunt Mindy, Ethan and Maia all joined us too! It was so much fun being all together. We stopped at some arcades and we got Thrashers french fries and a couple of slices of pizza. Uncle Jason got some caramel popcorn. It was a perfect board walk adventure!
Then we rode all of our favorite rides. This is probably the last time I'll get to ride the Snoopy Red Barron ride. After this year I'll officially be too big...oh well! We had so much fun running around and riding rides!
When we got back it seemed a little warmer so we hit the pool. That wind sure made the water seem very chilly. A huge departure from the bathwater we were swimming in earlier in the week! It took us a while to warm up but then we were in! Swimming around like the little fish we are!
Then we got ready and walked over to Ropewalk! They had a new photo booth set up. It was fun to take pictures!
We had a yummy dinner. I got oysters to share and they were super tasty!
Then we all headed for the fire pits to warm up and to watch the sun set! It didn't disappoint. We thought a lot about Grandma and all the time we spent with her here. We hope she was with us hanging out at Ropewalk because we sure did miss her and talk a lot about her on this trip!
Then Mama let us take some photos with her phone. We did a pretty good job...
Later one of Mama's best buds, Kristin and her husband Deon came to meet us at Ropewalk. It was fun for Mama to see her and hang out with her. We stayed out late and got home and Colby spent the night. It was fun to have a sleep over. It was a great day spent with family.
