Our last day at the beach for the summer...how bitter sweet! It was a beautiful day with some clouds threatening to take over but we took advantage of the weather while we could. We played in the sand and the surf. The waves were very rough but the water was warm.





                                     

Then my brothers and I collected lots of beach debris to make a super cool fort and bridge and gallows for my army men. It was so cool and we had so much fun playing around with all of our treasures!

                                      



                                     

Finn and I played down by the surf together for hours. We were having such a great time. Until we needed another snack...







Then the clouds started rolling in and these crazy military planes flew over head and we decided to finally call it a day, go home to pack, clean up and hit the road home.

                                      

But first we had to take one more dip in our pool. We played and swam around while Daddy and Mama got our things together in the house.





Then we hit Kirby's for one last time for the season. We got to see Mr. Kirby and Mama's friend Lisa. We had shrimp and oysters and french dip and a huge club sandwich. Everything was super yummy. We're gonna miss all of our favorite spots but it's been an amazing summer at the beach. We can't wait until it's summer again!
