Today we had a lot of work to do around the house to get ready for the back to school week. After Mama picked me up from my sleep over at Nathan's house, which was super fun! It was time to get to work. First Daddy gave me a lesson on how to cut the grass! It was a little tough but I think if I keep practicing I will get the hang of it. And before we know it, I'll be the main grass cutter around here!

Then Daddy and Kai spotted our lizard friend. They called Finn and I to come check him out! Then he ran away and we checked on our pumpkin. Still growing away!

Then Daddy and Mama were hard at work getting our bunk beds put together, our desk moved into our room, our books organized into our book shelf and all of our clothes and uniforms organized and ready for the first week of school and the Fall season to come!

Later we needed a break! All that watching Mama and Daddy work can get exhausting so we headed to the pool for some evening swimming and dinner with some friends!

I even watched our friends take their patch test so they could go off the diving board and swim in the well. They all did great and passed with flying colors!

Then they finally turned the lights on in the pool. We love it when we can swim with the lights on! It was a great night and we had so much fun. Time to get home and ready for Kindergarten orientation tomorrow!

So tonight was my night in the big bed since I'm such a big boy. Finn was excited to be on the top bunk and Kai is happy to snuggle up in his little cave. We're really excited about our new set up and I'm really looking forward to my kindergarten orientation tomorrow!
