We were ready to make some catches!
Mrs. Riley was the winner with the first catch of the day! She caught a little sea robin!
We saw lots of dolphin out in the bay today, they must be following us from the beach! They were so close to the boat and so cool to see!
Then we all kept catching sail fish and little sea robin and puffer fish and flounder. None of them were big enough to keep but it sure was fun catching and releasing them! There were also lots of stinking crabs out there eating up all our bait!
Coach Mick even caught himself an oyster shell! It was super silly. Until Finn caught a huge one of his own!
Then it was off to Baja go cart park! We were ready to hit the road!!
We rode go carts and rides and bumper boats. We had so much fun. It was hot, hot, hot outside but we finally got our go cart fix and boy was it awesome. We got to hang with Colin and Maira and Sam and the rest of the Riley family. It was an amazing way to spend the afternoon!
Then it was off to Crab Alley! We haven't been there since I was a baby and we came with Grandma. My little brothers have never been here! The crabs were big and heavy and meaty. The hush puppies were yummy and so was all the other food we got. We had a great time picking crabs and hanging out.
When we got back into to Ocean City proper we headed to Dumsers to have some dessert. We decided against milk shakes tonight. We all had a yummy scoop of ice cream. And it was the perfect sweet ending to a perfect sweet day! Hooray for Summer vacation. We wish it could never end!
