We started today with our circuit training. Treadmill, trampoline and rowing on a rotation! 

 

Then we went to Harris Teeter with Mama while Daddy ran an errand. We love running around the grocery store. Especially when it's fairly empty!

                            

                           

We got some goodies and we even got to help ring the groceries up!

                             

When we got home Mama cut up the star fruit we found at the store. It sure looked cool but it wasn't particularly ripe. At least now how mama wanted it to be so it was a bit tart. It had the texture of a grape kind of. It was cool to try it!

                              

I was not a fan...and neither was Jax...

                            

                              

Instead we helped Mama make a yummy dinner with a cheddar biscuit and it was delicious. Much better than the star fruit!

                           

After dinner we called our buddy Liam and we all headed to St. B's for a throwable paint ball battle!

                             

We each had a different color and we ran around throwing them at each other. It was so much fun!

                            

                            

   

                            

Next time maybe we'll plan our hiding spots better so we can attack each other but it was hilarious and we had so much fun laughing and running around!

   

   

   

                           

When we were out of ammo we were sufficiently splattered with colors! And it didn't hurt the way a paint ball gun shot would! We loved it and we can't wait to do it again!

                             

   

                              

And when we got home my new tee shirt arrived!!!! I was so happy! "Chicken wing, chicken wing, hot dog and bologna, chicken and macaroni, chillin with my homies..."
