Then it was off to St. Bernadette's for my Baptism. My Aunties and Uncles, cousins and Grandparents and my God Mother, Miss Krisha and Godfather, Mister Mike were all there to support me and cheer me on. Deacon Corey did a great job and he even put me at ease when he anointed my head and poured the water over me. All in all, not a bad experience at all!
When we got home from the church all of our family and friends came to our house to have lunch. It was fun to spend time with all of our guests. We got to run around and play. And we even ate a little bit. Then it was nap time and boy did I need it!!
Later, when Finn and Jax finally woke up from their naps, Mama got us all packed up and we headed to MeMaw and PopPop's house for Pop Pop's very special 80th Birthday party. I can't believe that Pop Pop is 80 years old. I can't even count that high!! We got to see more family and cousins. We had a blast playing and visiting. We had a super, duper scrumptious dinner and of course we got to help PopPop blow out his candles...there were a lot of them! Then we had dessert and got to hear our family all honor PopPop with their iambic pentameters that they wrote for him. It was a late night and we were exhausted when it was over but it sure was fun, fun, fun!!
