That stinky drive last night was worth waking up to a beautiful sunrise in Duck!
And Mama got to enjoy her coffee on the deck!
Last night Dady and Mama got us all set up with our computers and printer and school supplies and when we woke up this morning we could get right to work! Our set up's were great and we all got to have school with a view!
Then we went out to touch the pool water. Brrrr it was freezing! It was also 8:30am!
And during our morning break we took a little dip in the hot tub! We could get used to this distanced learning!!
This sure is a good way to do school! A little work, a little sun, some hot tub and the sounds of the ocean waves as we work!
Even Mama got a little reading done on the crow's nest! It was a beautiful day out!
And when school let out we headed straight for the beach! Not a cloud in the sky and the breeze was still warm and the sun kept us toasty!
The tide was up pretty high and the waves were crazy but it made the sand nice and flat so we could go for a long walk on the beach!
The water was pretty chilly but we still went mostly in because we're crazy boys!
We saw surfers and ghost crabs and pipers and families hanging out and fishing!
It was a great first day in Duck. When we came off the beach we went straight into the hot tub. Then in the house for homework and dinner. Thanks MeMa and PopPop for letting us enjoy Summer Song!
