Yesterday Mama got a delivery and it came with dry ice!! Daddy showed us how cool it looks when you pour hot water over it! 

                                   

Mama marinated a big old pork shoulder over night with lots of yummy smelling stuff!

                                   

Then it was time to take down the flower boxes. We were sad but it's time to decorate for Halloween and the flowers just don't fit into the decor. And they're dying so it's time to go...

                                 

It sure does make us feel very exposed on the front porch now! Especially because Daddy and Mama also cut back the red bud tree in front of the porch!

I got to hang out and chat with my distance learning friends on the computer today b/c Mrs. Calice was having technical difficulties. It was so much fun! Mama's gonna arrange for us to have lunch together online next week and I can't wait!

                                 

The pork shoulder came out SO YUMMY! We dug in and it did not disappoint!

Later Mama hosted her socially distanced book club meeting in our driveway. It was a little rainy so Daddy and Mama set up the canopies. One for snacks and drinks and one to sit under. Everything looked so yummy. I think it was a success!

                                 

Then I tried on Daddy's glasses! They're funny!
