This is my face when I saw that Daddy had set up the big tv that MeMa and PopPop handed down to us when they got a new one. Daddy set up the Wii on the new tv which is much bigger than the last one and boy were we happy and excited!!

                                 

Then we all went across the street to have Birthday cake and sing Happy Birthday to Mrs. Vallina. Yay!





Then we did an evening adventure to DC! We checked out the Lincoln Memorial and the monument and the WWII Memorial and we walked around the tidal basin and we saw the Jefferson Memorial and we had so much fun!

                                  

                                  



                                   

                                  

                                   

                                   

                                  

                                  

                                   

                                   

It was a really beautiful evening and it was so nice to see the monuments when the sun was setting. Daddy thought there wouldn't be many people out but man was he wrong! We really enjoyed the WWII Memorial. It was so pretty with the fountains. We even dipped our little feet in the water for a few minutes. And it was cool to be able to see the monument and the capitol and the African American Museum and the Lincoln Memorial all from that spot.

                                  

                                  

                                   

                                  

                                  

                                  

                                  



                                  

Then we saw a family of ducks. I wanted to take them home with us. Or at least get a little closer to them. Daddy and Mama wouldn't let me do either...

                                   

Then we did a nice lap around when it got darker so we could see all the memorials with their lights on in the dark. It was so pretty. Next time Mama said we can come down later and go walk around the monuments in the dark and see how amazing they look with the lights shining on them. We can't wait!
