This morning we got up, had some breakfast and got back in the car headed toward Chicago!



We finally arrived to chilly Chicago (it was in the 60's...brrr!) and checked in to our hotel. It's really nice and we were so happy to get here!

                                   

                                  

Then we took a little walk around the block here in Hyde Park to a cool Italian place for some yummy pizza and salad.



Then we took a walk around town and did some exploring while Daddy went on to his wedding rehearsal duties!

                                   

                                  

It was cool to check out the little apartment buildings flanked by really neat houses and really interesting architecture!

                                  

                                   

                                   

Then we got to go out for ice cream to celebrate Nana and Papi's anniversary while Mama and Daddy went to the rehearsal dinner. We had so much fun hanging out with Nana and Papi and exploring the city.
