Then we headed to the beach. It seemed a little cloudy but we still made it fun! We ran around and Daddy made up a fun game for us. We all made sand castles and then took turns destroying them with torpedoes and a big football.
Then we saw these scary looking helicopters! We hope they don't mean anything bad...
I loved checking out all the gulls on the beach today. Boy were they noisy! They wanted everyone to know they were there. Then we saw a cute little piper! I kept thinking about PopPop and how much he'd enjoy looking at the birds with me!
Then I crashed out. Nothing like a nice beach snooze!
When we got home we took a dip in the pool with our buddy Blaze. Those clouds kept hanging around. The sun kept trying to squeeze back out but the clouds were winning! At least the water was nice and warm.
For dinner we got to go to Lombardi's! I had spaghetti with meat sauce, Kai had veal parmesan and Jax shared pizza with Daddy and Granddaddy. Then we headed to Candy Kitchen for dessert!!!
I got a new fishy with the money that Nana and Papi gave me! His name is Sami. Sami the salmon. And I sure do love him. He can keep Woody, my penguin company! It was a good beach day!
Then we headed back to Grandma and Granddaddy's house to run around like little maniacs. We watched some Battlebots and Funniest Home Video's and then beat on Granddaddy and each other. It was a fun way to end the night!
