We met up with all of the Trouve's friends again and headed to the Tucks parade. It was fun to see a parade during the day and boy did we clean up in the beads and toys department!
Then we saw some of the prettiest police officers we've ever seen. We later found out they were ticket ladies. But they were still pretty...
There was a big pause in the parade because there must have been one up ahead. So, the fine people of New Orleans just make their own parade with some line dancing in the streets. It was fun to watch. And they sure know how to have fun!
This is our friend Miles that we met here. He's friends with Charlie and we think he looks a lot like our Liam. We sure miss Liam!
We got some grillz from some of the floats. They look so funny on!
THIS was the scene after the parade!! We don't want to think about what it's going to look like when it rains...yuck!
After the parade we went to a friends house and had pork and brisket sandwiches and all kind of other goodies. They sure are spoiling us here in New Orleans. We played with the kids and then it was time to head back to our house. All the kids piled in the car!
Then the kids had some dinner, a babysitter came over and Mama and Daddy went out with Miss Liz and Mister Tom to have dinner and some adult time out in New Orleans. We had fun and they had fun to! It was another great night in New Orleans!
