Today we got up and checked out our beautiful red bud blooming away in our front yard!

                          

                            

Then I got to help Mama make some home made Caesar dressing by separating the eggs for her so she could use the yolks...it was fun playing with the little egg separator!

                          

                          

                           

Then we got our mail delivered from Mr. Dale who collected it for us all week. And in it was our Cascarones (confetti eggs) that Mama ordered for Easter but they didn't come in time. But now we get to have fun with them now!

                           

                           

We cracked them over our heads and on each other and in our hands. It was a super messy fun!!

                           

                          

                          

                          

                           

                          

                            

                          

They were really pretty too! The colors were delightful!

Later it was time to go to Xpress Pediatrics to get our Covid tests so we can go back to school on Monday. Thankfully it wasn't so bad. The test were quick and easy and we were in and out. We also got the negative test results within an hour so that was good too!

                           

                          

Then it was time to go to our friends the Fiburn's house for dinner! Our first real, inside someone's house dinner party!!!

                           

Mrs. Filburn had dough ready for us so we could all make our own loaves of bread to take home!

                          

It was fun punching it down and then patting it so we could put the in the loaf pans to rise again!

                           

                          

Then it was time for us to make our own individual pizzas!! We had all the toppings and things we needed to make delicious pizzas!

And they came out GREAT! We loved them!

Then we did some VR games. THAT was awesome! 

                           

                           

                          

                         

Daddy and Mama were treated to prime rib, Yorkshire pudding and Caesar salad for dinner. Boy did it look good! (and tasted good because we got to try some too!)

                            

Our loaves of bread came out of the oven and Mrs. Filburn showed us how to cover them in butter as soon as they came out! That was fun! And it smelled so good!

                         

                         

                           

                          

Then we got to have home made apple pie and vanilla ice cream! Boy was it good and boy are we spoiled!

Then it was time for more VR. Even Mama got in on the action! I think the parents are sold! Maybe that bodes well for us in the future!

                          

                         

And THEN...it was hot tub time! The fun seemed to never end. It was a great night!

Then I did a little bit of basketball with the glow in the dark ball. It was so much fun and it was a great night with friends!
