And while we slept someone was doing really big, loud fireworks across 29 from our house. It didn't wake us up but poor Lucy was not happy about it AT ALL! She hid in the bathroom until Mama and Daddy could get her to come out!
Later this morning we decided to start 2016 off at the Tastee Diner in Silver Spring. And our Nana and Papi came to meet us there. Nothing beats a piece of blueberry pie a la mode to start off the new year!
Then Papi bought us some scratch off tickets. I love them. And guess what? I won $2!!
Then for dinner we met up with MeMa, PopPop, Grandma, Granddaddy at the Corner Pub! Then our TaTa Batsheva, Uncle Jason, Aunt Mindy and baby Ethan met up with us too! It was tons of fun. We ate and visited, and played and read books and had dessert. It was the greatest New Years Day ever and the best part is that we got to see ALL of our Grandparents today!!! Here's to a spectacular 2016!
