Then we got to meet Grandma out for our own Mother's Day lunch celebration! Kai read our Grandma questionnaires to Grandma. Then we gave her our pretty flowers and the chocolate we got her. We can't wait to try it!!
We had a delicious Italian lunch! Yummy pasta and pizza and even calamari! It was a fun time! And we all got to do some sampling of Grandma's chocolate! Let's hope she has some left over to take home!
Then we went to walk around the mall for a little while. Lucky us, we ended up at the Lego store!!
They had some amazing models set up and even fun things to play with. Some of those sets sure are expensive! But boy are they cool!!
And then, of course, because she's Grandma, she got each of us a little set. We are so lucky! And boy is Daddy going to kill us when he sees more Lego's coming into our house...
then we checked out the super cool fish aquarium in the mall! It was so pretty. There were so many interesting fish and the tank was so clean and clear! We loved it!
We even managed to get a half way decent picture with all of us in it...oh wait, that Finn, always has to be a little stinker! Oh well, we still had fun!
And Jax and Finn both fell asleep on the way home to go pick up our friends Sylvia and Joseph from school. Their Mama is out of town so we had to pick them up.
When we got home Sylvia helped me put my Lego set together. I was so excited and I loved the finished set!! Then Brendan and Colin came over to join the party. There sure were a lot of kids here! We love hanging with our friends. Today was a great day!
