Today turned out to be a perfect beach day. It was gorgeous outside and even nicer on the beach. The sun was shining, there was a nice cool breeze and the water was nice and warm. Daddy and Kai spent most of their time in the water. I did a little bit of playing in the water and the sand. We only stayed at the beach for a short time because we had a pool party to go to. We went to Bethany Beach to Mary Ellen and Bob Williams' house to celebrate Bob's 70th Birthday. Wow! That is more years than I can even imagine. They have an awesome house right on the water. And they had a super cool pool. There was also music and dancing and yummy food.  Kai was a little cranky when we first got there so he laid down on the blanket for a little while and I comforted him. But soon he came around and we played in the pool and ate some BBQ and had a good old time. It sure was a fun adventure today!
